2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to requests and provide QA services, such as:

• your name, email address, company name, and website or application URL;
• details you submit through the contact form or email;
• website URLs submitted to the Quick Website Scan tool and the automated scan results generated from public pages;
• email addresses submitted when you ask to receive a quick scan report by email;
• technical details required to review a website or application, when provided by you;
• basic server logs, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URL.

Do not send passwords, payment data, production secrets, personal data of your users, or confidential material unless it is necessary for the agreed QA scope and an appropriate written arrangement is in place.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and prepare a testing scope;
• run the Quick Website Scan, show automated results, apply usage limits, and send scan reports when requested;
• perform QA review, analysis, and documentation;
• communicate findings, questions, and deliverables;
• maintain security, prevent spam, and protect the website;
• meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.

4. Service Data and Project Access

If you provide access to a website, staging environment, documentation, issue tracker, or test account, we use that access only to perform the agreed QA review. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, WiroCore does not modify source code, deploy software, configure production systems, or implement fixes. Deliverables consist of analysis, observations, reports, checklists, evidence, and related QA documentation.

The Quick Website Scan checks public pages only. It may store the submitted domain, scan status, summary results, timestamps, and limited technical metadata needed to operate the tool, prevent repeated scans, and send an internal or requested email report. It does not submit forms and is not intended to access private areas, accounts, or non-public systems.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when needed with service providers such as email, hosting, security, document storage, or communication tools; when required by law; or with your consent.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as needed for communication, service delivery, record keeping, dispute prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. Test materials and access details should be removed or revoked by the client when the engagement ends.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please provide only the accounts, credentials, and information necessary for the agreed testing scope.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact contact@wirocore.com.
