Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the WiroCore website and to independent quality assurance services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
1. Services
WiroCore provides independent software quality assurance (QA) services, including manual testing, QA review, testing analysis, bug reporting, checklists, evidence collection, test summaries, and related documentation for websites and web applications.
The website may also provide a Quick Website Scan tool. This tool performs an automated, limited check of public web pages and returns a summary of common technical signals. It is provided for initial orientation only and is separate from a manual QA engagement.
WiroCore does not provide software development, production support, system administration, security certification, legal advice, compliance certification, or remediation services unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. No Changes to Client Systems
WiroCore does not modify, repair, deploy, configure, publish, or otherwise change client websites, applications, codebases, databases, servers, payment systems, third-party services, or production environments.
Our work is limited to review, analysis, observations, reproduction attempts, documentation, and reporting. Any decision to implement, ignore, prioritize, verify, release, rollback, or remediate an issue remains solely with the client.
3. Scope and Deliverables
The testing scope, environments, browsers, devices, user flows, credentials, deadlines, and deliverables should be agreed before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, deliverables are provided as written reports, checklists, notes, evidence references, or other QA documentation.
Any estimates, summaries, severity ratings, priorities, and risk descriptions are professional opinions based on the information and access available at the time of testing.
Quick Website Scan results are automated summaries. They may be incomplete, may contain false positives or false negatives, and do not confirm whether a website is ready for release.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- providing accurate project information, access, test accounts, and instructions;
- ensuring that WiroCore is authorized to access the relevant systems;
- using the Quick Website Scan only for websites and public pages you are authorized to submit for automated checking;
- maintaining valid backups before testing begins;
- backing up systems and protecting production data;
- reviewing all findings before acting on them;
- implementing any fixes or changes through qualified personnel;
- revoking temporary access when testing is complete.
5. No Warranty of Error-Free Operation
QA testing reduces risk but cannot prove that a website, application, workflow, integration, or release is free from defects, security issues, compliance issues, performance issues, data loss, downtime, or future failures.
The Quick Website Scan does not replace manual QA, security testing, performance testing, accessibility audits, legal review, or a full technical audit. It checks selected public-page patterns only and does not submit forms or validate complete user journeys.
WiroCore does not guarantee that every issue will be found, that severity ratings will match a client's internal assessment, or that a product is ready for release, compliant, secure, or commercially successful.
6. No Reliance as Final Approval
Reports, summaries, checklists, and recommendations are informational QA materials only. They are not final acceptance approval, release authorization, compliance approval, security certification, legal clearance, or a substitute for the client's own review and decision making.
7. Access, Data, and Environments
Clients should provide staging or test environments whenever possible. If testing is performed against a live environment, the client accepts the risks associated with testing live systems, including possible logs, notifications, emails, test records, transactions, or other side effects.
The client should not provide unnecessary personal data, production secrets, payment information, or administrative access. WiroCore may refuse or pause work if the requested access appears excessive, unsafe, unauthorized, or outside the agreed scope.
8. Confidentiality
Non-public client materials, credentials, findings, and project information will be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed services. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Fees and Scheduling
Fees, timelines, and availability are agreed per engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any quoted timeline depends on timely client access, stable environments, clear scope, and prompt answers to blocking questions.
Projects with a total price of USD 1,000 or less require full payment before work begins. Projects exceeding USD 1,000 require a 50% upfront payment before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment timing for ongoing or returning clients may be agreed separately in writing based on the nature, frequency, and scope of the work.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiroCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, missed releases, failed launches, or costs of remediation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiroCore's total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount paid to WiroCore for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
The client is responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from unauthorized access provided to WiroCore, inaccurate instructions, unlawful materials, client implementation decisions, production changes, or use of findings outside the agreed scope.
12. Governing Law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
13. Changes to These Terms
WiroCore may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
